Open your mindset, discover your potential, go for your vision…

Tony Robbins has helped millions of people reach their full potential and lead more fulfilling lives over the last few decades. This month, LogicalPlan’s investor and mentor, Roman Kratochvil had the opportunity to experience this for himself. He attended Date With Destiny, an annual event organized by the Robbins Research International.Date With Destiny took place in Florida, US, across 6 days from 6th-11th December. Around 5,000 people from 87 countries attended this amazing event. It provides a supportive environment where people can identify their life’s purpose, ignite their passions, and change their lives for the better.

The messages shared through this event focused on the following aspects of human development:

  • Mindset – Having a growth mindset is the basis of success. As opposed to a fixed mindset, a growth mindset refers to the belief that our intelligence and abilities are not fixed. That the efforts we take to grow and develop these areas actually make a difference. It places an emphasis on working hard to develop our talents rather than relying on and feeling limited to our innate abilities. Having a growth mindset allows us to change, grow, and achieve what we want because we believe that we can.
  • Vision – Create your own vision in life. You don’t just have to accept where you are in life if you’re not happy with it. Decide what you want your future to look like, believe it can become a reality, and work towards it every day. Making a mind map of your vision really helps you visualize your journey to help you achieve it. Collect images and ideas related to your vision and put them up on a board that you see every day to help you stay focused on that vision.
  • Goals – Setting goals will help to take you to your vision because they give you achievable steps to focus on. Working towards a vision of achieving a 6-figure company may seem overwhelming, but if you break this down into smaller steps that will take you towards that future, it seems much more manageable. Focusing on smaller, more achievable goals helps you to stay motivated when working towards your larger vision. Think of goals that are SMART – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound.
  • Transformation – When you focus on it, work towards it, and believe that it’s possible, you can really transform your life. Whether it’s related to your professional or personal life, think about how you’d like your life to look in the future and really believe that it can happen. You can envision, draft, and design an entirely new destiny for yourself.

We were so pleased that Roman Kratochvil could take part in this incredible event with Tony Robbins and share LogicalPlan’s vision with those he met there. Roman got the chance to speak to Tony Robbins’ manager, Garret Binder. He introduced Binder to our ideas for the LogicalPlan app and got a lot of support in response.

Garret Binder agreed that LogicalPlan could make a real difference to the way teams work and succeed together. He liked the idea as a way to help teams and their leaders understand the entire workflow. He thought it provided an effective overview of the whole team and the tasks they are working on.

With the lessons learned and inspiration gained from Roman’s experience at Date WIth Destiny, we are even more excited to keep building and developing LogicalPlan with you in mind. Tony Robbins is an expert at helping people succeed, and that’s exactly what we’re trying to do with the LogicalPlan app.
